We see packet loss in our FRA2 facility starting 13:16 (German time). While all nodes are running, you might experience issues accessing your node. The situation is being investigated and we will update this post when we have new information.

A fix has been implemented by dataforest at 00:31 (German time), leading to recovery of our services. The situation is under control and will be analyzed further. We will update this post as soon as we have new information.

We are currently investigating a network outage with our upstream provider that is affecting our infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.
